Our proactive approach includes conducting regular self-assessments which enables us to document and improve our processes on a continual basis. This includes reducing deficiencies and increasing efficiencies with respect to such items as call and time management, problem management and resolution, knowledge management, infrastructure management, system utilization and consolidation, and system availability and performance. The Blue Hill Account Manager coordinates executive level meetings with senior management at Blue Hill and the client, to present any items that need formal guidance, as well as discuss any mutually beneficial initiatives that could be implemented across both organizations.
Blue Hill recently completed several very successful OS upgrade projects for our hosted and remotely supported clients. A few clients desired new software functionality that an OS upgrade provides, while others were required to maintain currently supported OS software versions.
Many of these OS upgrades also required an upgrade to the current hardware model. Blue Hill has migrated these clients to newer technology, at no additional cost to the client.
