Senior Director, Client Services and Service Desk

Blair heads up the Client Services Department which includes Blue Hill’s project management team and company 24×7 service desk, along with the team of account managers who act as Client Advocates for Blue Hill clients. His team members are the liaison between Blue Hill and client organizations to coordinate communication processes and implement standard procedures to ensure superior service level performance. The account management team members are the primary focal points for each client’s ongoing projects, concerns and strategies to ensure Blue Hill’s key ‘client-first’ business differentiator of highest client satisfaction.

Blair’s background also includes working with clients to comply with client-specific government compliance and regulations. During his tenure with Blue Hill, Blair has received multiple recognition awards for excellence, including “dedication, enthusiasm, organization, project management, and untiring efforts” as well as “outstanding performance, results and customer service for going above and beyond” in support of meeting or exceeding client-specific requirements.

Prior to joining Blue Hill, Blair served as Senior Account Manager at Infocrossing/WIPRO for over ten years, successfully managing 16 high profile client accounts, with superior efficiency and professionalism. Blair has a strong technical background having spent 15 years as a Mainframe Programmer/Analyst, as well as several years as a DB2 Database Administrator.

Blair holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University, and is HIPAA certified.
